Worldwiders Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Nordic speaking Account Executive to join a leading international B2B SaaS company in Valencia. Our client provides cloud-based software solutions that help multinational organizations digitalize and automate critical business processes. As part of their continued international expansion, they are strengthening their Nordic commercial team.

This is a new-business-focused sales role for someone with a strong hunter mentality who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts and managing opportunities through the full B2B sales cycle.

What will you do?

Identify and prospect new customers across the Nordic market.

Research, segment and prioritize target accounts and business opportunities.

Engage key decision-makers within multinational and enterprise organizations.





Conduct discovery calls, commercial presentations and software demonstrations.

Understand customer needs and position relevant SaaS solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through proposal, negotiation and closing.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline with a clear focus on new-logo acquisition.

Manage RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and tenders when required.

Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Project Management, R&D; and other internal teams.

Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management and forecasting.

Work towards clearly defined sales KPIs and revenue targets.
