Our client is a specialist turnkey construction company delivering complex projects
across the data centre, energy, defence, and advanced technology sectors. They
provide end -to -end design, construction, and project management services,
partnering with industry -leading clients to deliver high -quality, innovative, and safe
construction solutions.




The Role


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (CSA) to lead the delivery of Civil,
Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works across complex construction projects
within the data centre, energy, and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate
will be responsible for managing all CSA activities from planning through execution
and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to
the highest quality standards.




Key Responsibilities


- Lead and manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction
activities throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for
CSA works.

- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

- Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality
standards, and client requirements.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation
strategies.

- Collaborate with Design Managers, MEP teams, Commercial teams, and
clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Oversee inspections, testing,



commissioning support, and final handover
activities.

- Manage project reporting, change control, and stakeholder
communications.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
across all CSA activities.

- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution.




Requisitos
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CSA packages on large
scale construction projects.

- Background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction
Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.

- Experience within data centres, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or
energy projects is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration,
and project controls.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.

- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem -solving skills.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English.

- Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools.
