What will you do?
Financial Modeling & Analysis: Create and analyze financial models for large-scale projects, including cash flow projections and returns analysis.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare project budgets, financial forecasts, and reports, working closely with senior team members.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare presentations and documentation for lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.
Cost Control & Financial Monitoring: Monitor project expenses, perform variance analysis, and manage ongoing financial performance.
What do we need?
Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field.
Internship experience in Project Finance / Structured Finance, or related duties.
Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with a passion for finance, investments, and numbers.
Excel proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
Advanced level of English and Spanish.
