Job description

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our General Services department and be the first point of contact for our HQ office in Mallorca.

Main responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors across the different companies based at the site, ensuring the appropriate host is notified of their arrival
- Maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude with clients, employees and visitors




- Managing meeting room bookings
- Delivering visitor badges/access passes
- Maintaining a high standard of tidiness and order in the reception area
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Arranging courier and logistics services
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinating with the maintenance team on facility issues
- Providing general administrative support to the team
