The language services team within ICON is seeking highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to lead a team of project managers and specialists supporting the delivery of linguistic validation and electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) implementation projects.
This leadership role combines operational oversight, people management, client engagement, financial accountability, and process excellence to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality multilingual (e)COA solutions for global clinical trials. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, developing talent, supporting business growth,



and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and specialists.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.
- Support resource allocation, workload management, and capacity planning.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Operational Excellence
- Oversee the successful execution of linguistic validation and eCOA implementation projects.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and escalation points.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
