Levy Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager, Functions & Events to join our team at CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park – one of Melbourne’s most iconic conference and events destinations.

As part of the Levy family, you’ll play a central role in the seamless delivery of extraordinary experiences across a range of premium events — from gala dinners and brand activations to corporate conferences and one of the world’s biggest sporting moments: the Australian Open.

The Position
- Lead end-to-end event operations at Centrepiece, ensuring smooth planning, set-up, and execution and food and beverage service across all spaces
- Oversee client liaison, event logistics, and front-of-house service delivery, ensuring guest satisfaction at every stage
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure flawless delivery and alignment with Levy's brand standards
- Manage staffing requirements, rostering, and on-the-day coordination across multiple functions
- Maintain operational efficiency, safety, and compliance across all events
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the event lifecycle
- Report on event outcomes, customer feedback, and service quality to inform future improvements
- Act as a key operational lead during the Australian Open 2025, working alongside major stakeholders in a
