As a Materials Management Specialist (m/f/d), you will report to the Plant Materials Manager within Supply Chain. The position is based in La Roca and offered on a fixed-term contract (12 months).

As a Materials Management Specialist, you are responsible for planning, synchronizing, and managing all materials (raw, semi-finished, and finished)



across your assigned production areas to ensure optimal product availability within the Hager Group supply network.

Tasks
- Plan, monitor, and optimize materials in SAP; create purchase orders
- Coordinate with internal, external, and subcontracted suppliers
- Manage subcontractor materials
- Process customer orders and communicate availability dates
- Escalate procurement, material, or customer service issues promptly
- Support production planning, performance analysis, and inventory optimization
- Drive problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain/Logistics focus preferred) or equivalent commercial qualification with relevant experience
- Several years’ experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and product knowledge
- SAP (MM, SD) and MS Office proficiency
- Fluent Engl
