You will be the single‑threaded owner of concession performance for your flow, responsible for identifying operational and systemic failures, proposing corrective initiatives, and ensuring sustained results through robust mechanisms.

Key job responsibilities

- Own end-to-end concession performance for an assigned AMXL flow (e.g., First Mile FC/3PL, Middle Mile, Last Mile AMXL, Last Mile 3P Carriers, or ReLo), defining targets, RACI, and governance mechanisms
- Serve as the primary process improvement partner to a designated AMXL stakeholder, building trust and driving alignment on concession reduction priorities
