In this role, you will drive strategic sourcing for TKAS’ airport mobility solutions from our Mieres site. You will manage international supplier relationships and coordinate with engineering and production to align market offerings with internal needs. You will analyze market trends, lead or coordinate teams, and provide visibility through purchasing reporting. This is a globally oriented, technically demanding role within a growing, international team that values safety, smart solutions and sustainability.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain; 5-7+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement, ideally in technical/industrial environments.
• Proven track record in negotiations, performance evaluation, and long-term partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills to translate market trends into sourcing decisions.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in a matrix structure.
• Ability to work with engineering and production teams and influence decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; autonomous in demanding environments.
