As a PLM ICT Specialist at Puratos, you lead the rollout and implementation of HQ-selected applications across global subsidiaries in Ru0026amp;D and Quality, driving digital transformation and operational excellence. You combine functional expertise with technical know-how to improve performance and user adoption, while coaching junior colleagues and shaping template standards. You will partner with local leaders, manage mid-to-large projects, and ensure data integrity and secure access. This role offers meaningful impact through cross-border collaboration and system optimization.

• Roll-out HQ applications in Puratos subsidiaries and analyze local processes
• Partner with local management to manage organizational impact and recommend changes
• Act as template keeper; develop templates based on rollout experience
• Assist data migration from old to new systems and enforce standard processes
• Serve as single point of contact for key users; collect feedback and propose improvements
• Localize applications for region/country and train users
• Create and test documentation; support system acceptance and testing
• Develop and implement reporting and authorization controls
• Coach junior Domain Specialists; keep project managers informed




• Ensure smooth transition to support post go-live and manage medium-to-large projects
• Collaborate with Integral Support and Digital Architect on functional analysis and POCs
• Provide functional input for Change Requests; write functional specs
• Support subsidiaries to improve efficiency and adoption of HQ-chosen applications
• Analyze improvement areas, build user communities, and organize post-implementation reviews
• Lead and participate in the optimization/retrofitting of applications

Responsabilidades
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PLM and QM domain, preferably SAP S/4
• Experience in product lifecycle management in process industries (recipes, regulatory/product safety, traceability)
• Systems integration experience (APIs)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (modules like PE/WM, BOMs, materials) is a plus
• LIMS, Automation (RPA/Agentic AI), Low code (Outsystems), BI (PowerBI) are advantageous
• Multiple years and proven project life cycles; application development experience is a plus
• Strong team spirit, initiative, and communication/training skills
• Flexible, stress resistant with broad synthesis and knowledge-sharing mindset
• Willingness to travel ~10% and fluent English (additional languages a plus)
• 7+ years ICT experience
