JOB DESCRIPTION:

- For the Mobile Access organization within Client Group, we are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to support the delivery and governance of mobile network rollout projects across Belgium.
- The role focuses on coordinating and managing mobile infrastructure projects, including macro mobile sites, indoor coverage solutions, network modernization initiatives, capacity expansions, and special event deployments.
- This is not a purely technical engineering role. We are looking for a telecom professional with strong rollout, project management, stakeholder management, operational governance, and regulatory expertise who can successfully navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- The adecuado candidate combines telecom industry knowledge with strong organizational and communication skills and is capable of balancing operational, commercial, regulatory, and technical considerations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile rollout and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate activities related to new site builds, network upgrades, swaps, replacements, and operational handovers.
- Support indoor coverage projects in locations such as transport hubs, shopping centers, large venues, and public buildings.
- Act as key liaison between internal teams, mobile operators, tower companies, suppliers, landlords, and external partners.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, quality,



and risks.
- Review and challenge project proposals, change requests, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, permit requirements, environmental constraints, and safety standards.
- Contribute to governance processes and project reporting.
- Support discussions within multi-operator and site-sharing environments.
- Provide guidance regarding telecom processes, procedures, contractual frameworks, and regulatory matters.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Support special projects such as temporary network deployments for large-scale events and festivals.
- Act as an all-round telecom delivery professional capable of supporting various mobile access initiatives when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in mobile network rollout, telecom infrastructure projects, service delivery, or operations.
- Strong understanding of the Belgian telecom market and telecom ecosystem.
- Experience working in complex stakeholder environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must have skills:

- Mobile telecom rollout experience.
- Experience with telecom infrastructure projects in Belgium.
- Strong project and service delivery management skills.
- Experience with RISS agreements and site-sharing environments.
- Experience working with operators such as Proximus, Orange Belgium, DIGI, or infrastructure partners.
- Knowledge of mobile site acquisition and leasing processes.
- Knowledge of 4G/5G mobile network infrastructure.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and external partners.
- Understanding of telecom permits, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder telecom environments.
- Budget and cost management experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
- Knowledge of telecom governance, processes, and procedures.
- Understanding of indoor mobile coverage solutions.

Nice to have skills:

- Experience reviewing and managing BOQs.
- Understanding of civil engineering and structural aspects of telecom sites.
- Experience with Ericsson or similar mobile network vendors.
- Experience supporting temporary mobile installations for large events or festivals.
- Legal or regulatory exposure within telecom projects.
- Knowledge of tower companies and passive infrastructure environments.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
