We are seeking a SAP Functional / Business Consultant to strengthen an existing SAP functional team covering Project Systems (PS), Materials Management (MM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) domains. The consultant will bridge business and SAP teams by gathering and translating requirements, configuring solutions, supporting testing and deployment activities, and ensuring smooth integration with related SAP modules. The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on SAP customization experience, and the ability to work in a multilingual environment.

Your missions:

- Analyze, understand, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate and support workshops with business stakeholders.
- Perform gap analyses and propose appropriate solutions.
- Design and build Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Configure and customize SAP PS, MM, and PM modules.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
- Ensure integration between MM, FI/CO, Asset Accounting (AA), and mini-HR components.
- Define and optimize master data structures and setup.
- Support testing, deployment, and operational activities throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide functional support and resolve incidents and issues.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training to key users.

Your activities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and facilitate workshops.
- Conduct gap-fit analyses and recommend improvements.
- Develop and demonstrate POCs for business validation.
- Perform SAP PS/MM/PM customizing and configuration.
- Produce detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Define master data models, governance, and setup.




- Ensure cross-functional integration with FI, CO, AA, and mini-HR.
- Execute and support unit testing activities.
- Prepare and maintain SAP Solution Manager documentation.
- Manage Test Plan Management activities and testing documentation.
- Support integration testing and defect resolution.
- Assist with cut-over planning and execution.
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
- Train and coach key users on processes and solutions.
