? We’re Hiring – Senior IT Project Manager CRM / BSS

At Degetel, a human-sized IT consultancy firm, we empower professionals through meaningful, high-impact missions. We’re currently looking for an IT Project Manager to join one of our key client projects.

In an IT Transformation context, the goal will be to leverage Digitalization & AI usecases to

reduce customer contact, offer more self-Service options and thereby bringing

better customer experience while optimizing cost. The consultant is an experienced Program manager with Technical knowledge in Telco BSS, proven experience in IT delivery.

Your mission:

- Organize meeting with all stakeholders
- Identify the program risks and act accordingly to reduce them
- Follow the quality of operations, support the change management in the operations, drive improvement plans
- Follow the technical implementation,



including the testing phase and take all needed actions to ensure the delivery on time, on budget and on quality
- Follow the program budget

What you bring:

- Min. of 10 years of significative experience
- Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
- Proven experience in IT Program Management in the TelCo environment
- Experience in partners management for the delivery
- Technical expertise ;
