Language: Fluency in English and French

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in defining Product Vision, Roadmap, and Feature Prioritization.
- Expertise in Backlog Management and writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Ability to translate business and customer requirements into product features.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in managing product dependencies, risks, and Agile delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to Product Development Architecture and system design.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is an added advantage.
