• Design and develop distributed backend services using .NET and event-driven architecture
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to translate engagement ideas into scalable solutions
• Optimize microservice ecosystem for performance, reliability, and observability
• Lead containerization and cloud migration strategy (senior)
• Participate in architecture discussions and influence technical decisions
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and conduct code reviews




• Participate in incident resolution and on-call rotation
• Maintain technical documentation (ADRs, runbooks, guidelines)
• Build and share domain expertise within the team

Responsabilidades
• C#, .NET (modern versions after .NET Core)
• SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, Couchbase (experience with relational or document databases)
• AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
• xUnit/NUnit and mocking frameworks; basic load testing (k6)
• Web APIs, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Orleans
• Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Splunk (observability)
• GitHub Actions; trunk-based development; progressive delivery
• Domain-driven design, event sourcing, distributed systems
