In this FPu0026amp;A role within the Europe team, you will deliver strategic productivity analyses to inform executive decisions on costs. You’ll synthesize financial and business inputs with local and central teams to produce comparable data and clear conclusions. You will connect high-level cost drivers to complex reporting and support forecasting through KPI analyses. This is a cross-functional, impact-focused role that shapes cost governance across Europe.

• Drive strategic productivity analysis across FPu0026A organization
• Provide recurring analysis of the cost structure (direct/indirect costs, functional view) and related KPIs
• Supply high-level KPI trends to support forecasting
• Link cost drivers with reporting results and analyses
• Analyze reports to identify challenges and opportunities and follow up actions




• Maintain understanding of cost drivers and results across Europe (entities, reporting lines, intercompany, cost allocations)

Responsabilidades
• 5 to 8 years of relevant FPu0026A experience
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Fluent in English
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Independent work style with strong problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to negotiate and persuasively present ideas to senior management
