Red Castile is a real estate company based in the Comunitat Valenciana, helping international and local clients buy, sell and manage property in Spain. Our services cover residential brokerage as well as property management, renovations, valuation, advisory and legal support with the practical and administrative side of owning property in Spain. Red Castile has operated in the region since 2016, working with residential properties, international clients, property management and renovation projects.

In 2026, the company is entering a new stage, expanding its brokerage and developing its own technology and agent network.

Your role

You will develop your own business through Red Castile, working with leads provided by the brokerage as well as opportunities you generate yourself, taking on properties, working with buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, negotiating and managing transactions through to completion.

More to offer your clients. Red Castile combines property brokerage with valuation, advisory, legal and property-management capabilities, giving you more resources to support clients beyond the sale itself.

Technology built around the job. You’ll use Red Castile OS, our own real estate platform, bringing leads, properties, clients, market research, viewings, documents, transactions and commissions into one place. It is built around the Spanish real estate workflow rather than adapted from a generic CRM.

An international client base. Red Castile works with international buyers and sellers, so multilingual and cross-border experience is particularly valuable.

What does “Founding Team” mean?





You’ll be joining while Red Castile is still building its first agent network. The first group will work directly with the people building the company and have a meaningful voice in how the brokerage, technology and processes develop. Being early also means the opportunity to grow with the company as new markets, responsibilities and leadership opportunities develop.

Requirements

Experience in residential real estate, preferably 3+ years

Proven experience closing property transactions in Spain Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills

Ability to manage your own pipeline and work independently

Good Knowledge of the Comunitat Valenciana property market

Spanish or English required

knowledge of a third language such as Arabic, French, German or Russian are a plus

Recruitment is open across the Comunitat Valenciana, including Valencia, Sagunto, Castellón de la Plana, Benicàssim, Oropesa del Mar and the wider Costa de Azahar, as well as Dénia, Benidorm and other areas of the Costa Blanca.
