The new product leverages Factorial's existing customer base and dedicated go-to-market team to pursue rapid growth.ЗадачиTake full ownership of major product design initiatives from discovery through implementation.Define goals, plan a quarterly roadmap, and make strategic design decisions.Conduct customer research sessions to understand user pains and needs.Translate insights into simple, elegant, and usable solutions.Design end-to-end product experiences from early research to high-fidelity interfaces.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process.Review designs, iterate quickly, and incorporate feedback.Shape the foundations of the design practice, including processes, standards, and culture.Mentor junior designers and share experience with the wider team.ТребованияExperience designing end-to-end product experiences.Ability to work effectively with ambiguous problems and take products from zero to one.Ownership of discovery, design, validation,
