UMHL is looking for a Director to sell and scale Project Management services built around PMO Excellence and Project Controls. This role focuses on commercial activities, presales solutioning, proposal development, and negotiations. It is not responsible for day-to-day project delivery. The objective is to package UMHL’s methodology and controls into a repeatable service offering that delivers measurable value through governance, transparency, and executive/investor-ready reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Pipeline Ownership Build and manage a sales pipelineLead discovery to proposal to negotiation to closeTurn PM Capability into a Sellable OfferingProductize the PMO/Project Controls capability into service bundlesCreate reusable sales assets (decks, one-pagers, proposal templates)Presales:
