Summary
We are seeking a Video Conferencing Full-Stack Engineer to lead the vendor discovery, evaluation, and prototyping phase for an enterprise grade virtual meeting solution. In this role, you will assess vendor platforms, validate technical assumptions, and build hands on proof of concept implementations using major video meeting SDKs and custom embedded meeting frameworks. This is an open ended, ongoing engagement, not a fixed term project. The client is confidential at this stage and will be disclosed once you have moved into the interview process.

IMPORTANT: FLUENT ENGLISH, WRITTEN AND SPOKEN, IS REQUIRED. This role involves daily technical documentation and direct stakeholder presentations, so working proficiency is not enough. Please do not apply without it.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate third party vendor platforms based on capabilities, security, scalability, licensing models, and operational requirements
- Build end to end prototype solutions covering frontend UI, backend services,



infrastructure, authentication, and deployment
- Implement embedded meeting experiences using vendor SDKs and custom, build your own, video architectures
- Manage meeting lifecycle features, including participant controls, chat, screen sharing, recording, moderation, and session telemetry
- Integrate video platforms into enterprise services via APIs, SDKs, OAuth, JWT, and event driven webhook architectures
- Document findings, architectural trade offs, technical risks, and vendor recommendations for key technical and business stakeholders

Requirements
- Proven hands on development experience with both Zoom and Webex SDKs/APIs, including custom embedded meeting experiences
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build end to end prototypes, frontend, backend, infrastructure, auth, in an exploratory, evolving requirement setting
- Strong technical background in core video conferencing concepts: meeting lifecycles, stream moderation, chat, telemetry, screen sharing
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, OAuth, JWT, and webhook/event driven integration architectures
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Fluent English required, both written and spoken

Preferred, not required
- Prior experience conducting enterprise software vendor evaluations
- Experience defining embedded SaaS integration architectures
- Experience with meeting analytics and telemetry tracking
