We are looking for a Compliance & Excellence Coordinator to join a Analytical Development organization and play a key role in strengthening compliance, optimizing business processes, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the crossroads of science, quality, governance, and business operations. Initially focused on the deployment of a new Third Party Management (TPM) framework, the role will progressively evolve into a broader Compliance & Excellence function covering process optimization, governance, risk management, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a long term consultancy mission for which we may accommodate Freelance or Employee status.
Your Responsibilities
Third Party Management & Governance
- Lead the deployment and implementation of the Third Party Management (TPM) framework across Analytical Development.
- Translate integral requirements into practical, sustainable, and compliant local processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for TPM-related topics.
- Maintain governance structures, process documentation, and oversight mechanisms.
- Monitor KPIs and performance indicators to ensure effective implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Quality, Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Coordinate compliance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support governance, audit readiness, risk management, and data integrity activities.
- Drive process harmonization, simplification, and operational excellence projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Coordinate document retention, archiving, and process documentation activities.
- Monitor action plans, risks, blockers, and implementation progress.
Cross-Functional Project Coordination
- Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders across business functions.
- Facilitate project kick-offs, workshops, governance meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Support the deployment of new systems, digital solutions, technologies, and business processes.
- Provide structured reporting and stakeholder updates to leadership teams.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 4-8 years of experience within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP environments, compliance requirements, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business process management, or project coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and drive initiatives across multiple functions without direct authority.
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in French and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Third Party Management (TPM), outsourcing governance, supplier management, or vendor oversight.
- Exposure to Analytical Development, CMC, laboratories, or scientific environments.
- Experience working with CROs, CMOs, external laboratories, or outsourced partners.
- Knowledge of audit readiness, CAPA management, risk management, or quality initiatives.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, technology deployments, or process automation projects.
