JOB DESCRIPTION :

- The candidate will join the RUBY transformation program, a large-scale R&D; transformation initiative focused on accelerating the journey from first-in-human trials to submission. The program aims to redesign and optimize four end-to-end submission-related domains (Clinical, Non-Clinical, CMC, and Labeling) by combining process transformation with digital, technology, and data enablement. The Squad Lead role supports the delivery phase of the transformation, once process design activities have been completed, and is responsible for driving implementation and value realization in a regulated environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead Quarterly Value Releases (QVRs) and ensure delivery commitments are achieved across process, data, governance, and technology dimensions.
- Drive the implementation phase following process redesign activities.
- Coordinate technology deployments, data foundations, AI/agent capabilities, and digital solutions.
- Support the documentation of processes into SOPs within a regulated environment.
- Measure, track, and demonstrate business value realization through defined success metrics.
- Coach squads on agile delivery practices and support sustainable capability building.
- Ensure alignment across business, process, data, and technology stakeholders.




- Coordinate data transformation activities and FAIR data governance initiatives.
- Manage backlogs, reporting activities, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery progress.
- Work autonomously within the squad structure and proactively identify solutions and delivery opportunities.

REQURIED SKILLS:

- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industry environment.
- Digital technology delivery and implementation experience.
- Experience leading complex transformation, digital, data, or process excellence initiatives.
- Exposure to R&D; processes and/or R&D; technology environments.
- Knowledge of GxP-regulated environments and validation activities.
- Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and proactively in a large transformation program.
- Strong transformation and delivery leadership capabilities.
- Data transformation and governance experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

- Agile and/or Scrum certifications.
- Experience within specific R&D; domains such as Clinical, CMC, Non-Clinical, Labeling, or Clinical Operations.
- Experience implementing digital solutions, data platforms, AI capabilities, or enterprise collaboration technologies.
- Experience with FAIR data principles and governance frameworks.
