From Grafton Recruitment, we are looking for a PPA Origination Manager to lead the structuring and negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements across european markets.

This role is crucial for securing long-term offtake agreements, supporting the bankability of renewable energy projects, and fostering strong relationships with corporate buyers, utilities, and aggregators.

Responsibilities:

- Originate and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with corporate clients, utilities, and energy offtakers.
- Identify and secure sites for renewable energy projects.
- Evaluate renewable energy opportunities on clients’ landholdings.
- Coordinate and manage project progression, including inputs from specialists.
- Analyze market trends and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and leverage opportunities from the contact network.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record in managing renewable energy projects.
