This position blends business analysis, consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on development, with a primary focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Operations (Sec

Ops), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Asset Management.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Service

Now implementations that drive operational excellence and business value.
Review and analyze new business requests and enhancement requirements related to Service

Now.
Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, guiding customers on Service

Now best practices and platform capabilities.
Design robust Service

Now solutions adhering to platform standards and industry best practices.
Design and implement integrations between Service

Now and external enterprise systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
Lead technical implementation, including platform development, configuration, and administration.
Support ongoing Service

Now platform optimization through high-quality design, implementation, and documentation.
Strong background in requirements engineering and business process analysis.
In-depth experience with Service

Now administration and solution development.
Advanced Java

Script programming expertise, including Glide

Record, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and asynchronous/synchronous design patterns.
Extensive hands-on experience with Service

Now backend extensibility, including Script Includes, Glide

System (gs), Glide

Ajax, RESTMessageV2, and the Service

Now Table API.
Senior-level experience with integrations across REST/SOAP APIs,



MID Server orchestration, Integration

Hub flows, and webhook/event-driven architectures.
Service

Now certifications (e.g., Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with additional Service
