In Digital & Tech, we connect people, ideas and technology so employees can collaborate effectively, work securely and adopt new digital capabilities with confidence.
As our Digital Workplace GenAI Apprentice, you will join the Workplace & Collaboration team and contribute from day one to meaningful, visible work. You will help turn Microsoft 365 and Copilot usage data into trusted insights, support responsible license management, improve reporting and automation, and help employees build new ways of working with AI. This is a hands-on development role for someone who is curious, analytical, proactive and excited to learn in a global environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Adoption analytics and reporting: Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, engagement, license utilization and business reporting; combine, clean and validate data from multiple sources; translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Copilot license operations: Support a fair, transparent and data-informed lifecycle for license assignment, utilization reviews, reassignment and stakeholder reporting, while following agreed privacy and governance controls.
- Copilot adoption program: Contribute to adoption metrics, value-realization reporting, demand tracking, voice-of-the-user insights and program dashboards that help leadership make decisions and steer priorities.
- Responsible AI and privacy: Help maintain documentation, access controls, metric definitions and audit-ready processes; work with privacy, security and Responsible AI stakeholders to ensure data is used for its approved purpose.
- Automation and continuous improvement: Identify repetitive work and build practical automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Graph or other approved tools, with appropriate guidance and review.
- User enablement and community: Support training sessions, demonstrations, FAQs, knowledge articles, prompt examples and community activities that help employees use Copilot safely and effectively.
- Emerging capabilities: Explore Copilot Studio,
Agent Builder and Power Platform use cases; document lessons from pilots and help shape scalable guidance for personal and team productivity scenarios.
- Operational excellence: Maintain runbooks, metric dictionaries, data-quality checks, access records and troubleshooting guidance so services remain reliable, understandable and transferable.
- Agile teamwork: Contribute to three-week sprints, prepare concise status updates, raise risks early and collaborate with technical teams, Digital Partners, change leads, Microsoft and business stakeholders.
