Position: Customer Service Administrator, Full-time | Office Based

Salary: €24,000 + bonus

Location: Castellbisbal

Our client is looking to recruit a customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Castellbisbal. This is a varied role supporting customers, processing orders and working closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately.
- Resolve customer queries and issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Produce weekly reports for key customer accounts.
- Manage promotions to support product sales.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Work closely with sales and other departments to support customers.

About You

- Ideally 3 years' customer service experience.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a positive,



customer-focused approach.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Accurate, well organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

- Monday-Thursday: 08:30-17:30.
- Friday: 09:00-17:00.
- One day per week working remotely following successful completion of probation.
- Holiday entitlement in accordance with the collective agreement.
- Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Castellbisbal and be able to drive, as public transport is not available.
