Born in the South of France, American Vintage is a contemporary fashion brand with a strong identity and timeless collections.

Join us on Rambla de Catalunya, in the heart of Barcelona. Within our team of 3 people, you’ll help bring the American Vintage experience to life in one of the city’s most iconic locations.

As a key member of the team, you are ready to:

- Offer a unique and personalized customer experience

- Analyze performance indicators and implement relevant action plans

2. Pay attention to every detail of your store

- Apply visual merchandising guidelines and maintain high store standards
- Ensure smooth back-office management and compliance with processes (inventory, deliveries, replenishment, stock, etc.)
- Contribute to the day-to-day management of the store
- Master and manage our digital tools

3. Learn, grow and share your knowledge

- Support team training and skills development
- Embody and share the American Vintage values and DNA
- Continuously develop your product knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Profil

You have a first successful experience in the ready-to-wear world of minimum 2 years.

Always ready to listen to what's going on around you, you're an inspirational team player with natural leadership qualities.

You have a flair for business and are customer service-oriented.

English and Spanish are mandatory.
