Position Summary

Based in Barcelona, this role puts you at the forefront of digital transformation for scaling Dutch enterprises adopting Google Ads. Acting as a strategic account leader, you will oversee the complete partner journey—guiding smooth client integration, expanding product utilization, protecting portfolio stability, and driving sustainable, scalable growth for your partners.

Primary Duties

- Strategic Welcome & Integration: Direct the initial client journey, establishing tailored performance roadmaps designed around each brand's specific digital objectives.

- Executive Advisory: Partner with business decision-makers to align their commercial goals with customized, outcome-driven advertising options.

- Campaign Refinement & Buildout: Construct, launch, and iteratively polish ad infrastructure—focusing on target demographics, compelling creative messaging, and high-converting landing pages.

- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Interpret key campaign metrics to draw out clear, data-backed insights that continuously elevate client return on investment.

- Pipeline Care & CRM Hygiene: Organize daily outreach schedules while ensuring account details, interaction logs, and pipeline updates remain accurate within CRM systems.

Track Dutch commercial trends and feed regional insights back into strategy planning to refine go-to-market execution.
