AI Builder, Emerging Talent – Arabic Market

Technical foundation required. Builder mindset non‑negotiable. We’re hiring AI Builders, people who are early in their career but not early in their ambition. As part of our first‑of‑its‑kind AI Builder New Grad cohort, you’ll be embedded directly with customer‑facing teams, designing, developing, and deploying Agentic solutions for the world’s Fortune 500.

Responsibilities

- Develop real‑time customer solutions with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and coding products like Vibes.




- Collaborate with a builder pod – a cross‑functional team that designs, builds, and deploys AI solutions for real customers.
- Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and the entire architecture, leveraging LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Support the technical lifecycle: architect, build, debug, and deploy high‑quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions and use consultative skills to ensure technology meets real‑world needs.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery from day one: test, break, fix, ship, and iterate.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- AI native with deep knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real‑time infrastructure.
- Experience communicating with sales teams and customers;
ability to evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Strong problem‑solving instincts, initiative, and a get‑things‑done mentality.
- Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time to customer locations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
