Are you passionate about high-end properties and well-versed in the Balearic property market? An established and growing premium real estate company in Mallorca is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to take charge of acquiring, managing, and developing an exclusive property portfolio. In this pivotal full-time role based on the island, you will act as the central interface connecting property owners, sales consultants, and the marketing team.
Your key responsibilities Supporting property owners attentively from the initial consultation through to the successful closing of the sale
Acquiring exclusive high-end properties in close collaboration with the sales team
Advising clients on strategic market positioning, realistic asking prices, and bespoke marketing concepts
Preparing, concluding, and monitoring brokerage and marketing agreements
Coordinating complete property onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation and legal records are in order
Organizing professional photo and video shoots as well as team viewings
Partnering with marketing specialists to create compelling exposés, digital content, and promotional campaigns
Continuously reviewing the portfolio to optimize pricing, presentation, and sales potential
Expanding and nurturing a strong local network of property owners and industry contacts
What you bring to the role Several years of professional experience in the real estate sector on Mallorca
Business fluency in German, English, and Spanish
Proven track record in owner acquisition, client advisory, and relationship management
Comprehensive knowledge of the Mallorcan real estate market and its diverse micro-locations
Strong communication and negotiation skills paired with a confident, polished appearance
A structured, proactive, and dependable working style with solid CRM and digital process skills
A valid Class B driver's license and your own vehicle
Experience in the luxury property segment, an existing local network, and familiarity with Spanish sales procedures are a clear advantage
