Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you support the Head of FinCrime Operations to strengthen AML, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, and KYC/KYB onboarding, driving an efficient, scalable FinCrime operating model. You turn data into actionable insights to improve risk management, controls, and overall performance, collaborating with Compliance, Product, Technology, and Customer teams. You will investigate alerts, conduct onboarding checks, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to shape how FinCrime risks are identified and mitigated at scale in a general organization. You will work in a data-driven, technology-forward environment to
Compensaciones / Beneficios Investigate AML, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions Screening alerts
Conduct EDD and KYC/KYB onboarding checks, including risk identification and escalation
Provide subject-matter expertise and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
Support process improvements, automation,



and operational transformation initiatives
Analyse operational data, maintain reporting, and identify risks, trends, and inefficiencies
Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Technology, and Customer stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Responsabilidades 8+ years of experience in AML, Financial Crime, or a related field
Strong knowledge of AML and Fraud risks, typologies, and regulatory environments
Experience in cross-functional and regulated environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Proactive, hands‑on professional with interest in technology, automation, and AI
Experience with Excel and Power BI (Moody's, Kibana, ComplyAdvantage a plus)
Fluent English and professional Spanish
