What You'll Do:
Apply machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision techniques to identity document analysis, authentication, and fraud detection:
Design & implement document-based algorithms for use in digital onboarding & identity authentication solutions
Create solutions to perform identity document authentication, detect tampered documents, & prevent document fraud
Develop identity document processing algorithms using foundation models or traditional machine learning, image processing & computer vision depending on deployment constraints
Prototype proof-of-concepts, then develop them into full production-ready solutions
Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to deploy algorithms into production and manage long-term improvements
Develop algorithm components for cloud, server, and mobile deployment environments
Test, evaluate, and configure identity document processing and analysis solutions
Apply your knowledge in document validation, document capture, computer vision, & image processing
Skills & Experience Desired:
Passionate about applying machine learning and computer vision to real-world document and identity problems
Experience developing and evaluating advanced machine learning and computer vision algorithms
Strong traditional machine learning and computer vision background (experience applying these techniques to document processing is a bonus)
Strong proficiency with modern deep learning frameworks and foundation models
Experience in low-resourced domains,
