At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:
Procurement Project Management: Receive order lists and initiate procurement documentation.
Invite suppliers to register in ARIBA and coordinate due diligence.
Prepare evaluation reports and manage internal approvals.
Review supplier information and documents uploaded to ARIBA.
Conduct credit evaluations using the comprehensive scoring method for each project and annually.
Audit & Data Requests: Collaboratively handle audits and data collection tasks requested by headquarters.
Periodic review of finalized contracts with the contract management team.
Updates the procurement registry.
Contract Management Support: Review and correct contract data in the ERP-Ariba system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Validate contract modifications during approval workflows.
Finalize contract approval by reviewing drafts, guiding corrections, identifying authorized signatories, and issuing confirmation sheets.
Policy Review & Internal Training: Review and update internal contract management policies.




Organize and deliver internal training sessions on contract management procedures.
Reporting and Supplier Compliance Evaluation: Collect and assess supplier compliance with contractual obligations.
Other related tasks include (but are not limited to): Compile summaries of contracts with individuals.
Review and verify contracts with discrepancies or anomalies in amounts, ensuring consistency between ERP-Ariba records and vigente contracts
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
Master's degree will be highly valued.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience, related to Procurement is desired but not mandatory.
English & Spanish (Advanced Level - C1).
Chinese will be a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SAP desired.
