Descripción del trabajo About the roleThe Salesforce developing team is responsible of the development of new Enterprise Business Unit products in time and quality, in coordination with Vlocity catalogue team. The team is also in charge of solving incidences that could appear. The team is in charge of developments in Sale, Ticketing and Vlocity OM process. Collaboration, delivery follow-up and relation with operations teams. Training to other integration members in new technologies.As a Salesforce developer, youll be in charge of the following responsibilities:
Development application code of defined user stories, in accordance with the requirements and quality standards
Development of unit tests and their execution
Deployment of new functionality between environments until it is put into production
Active participation in daily meetings to report progress and identify impediments
Support for the execution of quality tests
Participation in events such as retrospectives, planning and refinements
Participation in technology Chapters
Resolution of incidents in production
Preparation of documentation
Analyse unit test results
Apply Quality Management System principles
Conduct impact assessment/data changes
Conduct unit test and debug
Design/develop user interface
Design/optimize new processes
Develop/code for maintainability
Document code
Document/track/fix bugs found in testing
Integrate code from multiple sources
Optimize application code
Optimize reuse of code/code libraries
Optimize use of reusable resources
Collaboration with IT operation team
Delivery follow-up with project managers
What do you bring? Experience in Salesforce modules
Experience in Vlocity
Experience in devops application of Salesforce environment
Construction of unit tests
Agile methodology knowledge desired
Strong Customer Obsessed,
enjoy understanding customers’ needs and defining actions to improve their satisfaction
High capacity to influence and confident communicator
Communication and teamwork skills
Have a broad perspective, reaching the root causes.
Creative and in critical and complex systems
Strong analytical skills
Fluent Spanish. Capable to understand Spanish conversations and communicate in emails.
Level of English B2+.
Fluent to speak English in Global meetings. Capable to understand English conversations and communicate in emails.
Technical Degree
