Shape, develop and evolve group-wide Leadership & Talent Development solutions, including development programmes, frameworks, feedback and assessment approaches, and digital learning solutions that strengthen leadership capabilities and support Talent growth across the Group Take end-to-end ownership of selected Leadership & Talent Development initiatives, from needs analysis and concept development through stakeholder alignment, implementation and continuous improvement Facilitate and deliver Leadership and Talent development programmes, workshops and learning experiences, ensuring impactful learning and practical application Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Market Unit COEs and subject matter experts to design and implement relevant and impactful group-wide solutions Ensure alignment and integration of all initiatives within the broader HR ecosystem (e.G. performance management, Talent management, recruiting)
