The Role As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining core systems that support a high‑scale, always‑on platform. You’ll be responsible for Developing and maintaining backend systems and internal tools Translating business goals into scalable technical solutions Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving live systems (24/7 environment) Building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines for smoother deployments Driving improvements in architecture, performance, and scalability Integrating and maintaining third‑party APIs What We’re Looking For 10+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails Experience working on high‑scale,
