As Director, Strategic Projects and Organisational Enablement, you will enable the Global Patient Safety function to advance its mission within the CMO. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive performance through transformation and process improvement, and manage the sub-departments’ execution and budgets. The role requires close collaboration with CMO leaders and partner functions to align with the broader vision and strategic goals. You will shape operating models, steer leadership meetings, and ensure clear communication of priorities across regions and teams. This is an opportunity to impact patient safety through strategic planning, governance, and organizational enablement.

• Lead performance improvement projects across Global Patient Safety and ensure alignment with milestones
• Drive operational initiatives to enhance performance and continuity in a fast-moving CMO environment
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Oncology, Biopharma u0026 Rare Disease to promote innovation and excellence
• Oversee leadership meetings, cross-portfolio activities, and his/her oversight of travel and events for the CMO LT
• Manage functional budgets and support recruitment, talent development, and succession planning




• Support strategic planning, objective setting, and performance monitoring for General Patient Safety
• Track progress with quarterly scorecards and ensure measurable metrics and success criteria
• Build relationships across functions to align deliverables with organizational priorities
• Lead business and financial planning with Finance and participate in CMO-level long- and mid-term planning
• Develop and execute communication plans to drive understanding of strategy within the function and with key partners
• Mentor HR and Communications to ensure efficient team operation and a great workplace
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor of Science
• 10+ years in project xqbhyrx or operations management within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience supporting organizational change or transformation initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage through change in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development or biotech
• Proven track record in supporting leadership teams or cross-functional teams
• Strong influencing ability across organizational levels
• Track record of driving strategic initiatives and business improvements
