As Supply Strategic Projects Lead, you will own high-priority initiatives across the tutor ecosystem, turning ambiguity into clear plans and measurable results. You’ll collaborate with Supply, Product, Legal, Tax, CX, Data, and more to drive cross-functional programs at scale. You’ll shape end-to-end execution, optimize processes, and strengthen operating rhythms with data-driven insights. This role offers impact at a global marketplace that blends human-led learning with AI-enabled solutions.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives spanning monetisation, performance, compliance, and strategic priorities across the Supply org
• Translate ambiguous problems into workstreams with owners, timelines, risks, and decisions
• Drive end-to-end execution of projects across teams such as Product, Legal, Tax, CX, Data, and Supply
• Tackle fast-moving priorities, bring structure, and accelerate progress where it matters most
• Improve recurring topics by building processes, playbooks, and operating models
• Use data and business judgment to assess impact, shape recommendations, and support decisions




• Strengthen Supply operations by advancing coordination, AI adoption, and operating rhythms across the organization
Responsabilidades
• 6-8+ years of experience in strategy u0026 operations, consulting, or marketplace ops in high-growth tech environments
• Strong program and project leadership, able to manage ambiguous cross-functional work from definition to rollout
• Stakeholder management and influence across senior leaders in Product, Legal, CX, and other functions
• Structured problem solving turning ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Data-driven xqbhyrx approach with comfort in analysis and business cases (advanced Excel/Sheets)
• Ownership mindset with autonomous execution and proactive issue anticipation
• Operational excellence in rollout planning, processes, and guardrails at scale
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to distill complexity and present recommendations confidently
