Key Responsibilities

Prepare all cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and consistency

Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional and personalized service

Fully master the beverage and food menu, including ingredients and pairings

Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar stations at all times

Greet guests, take beverage orders, and confidently recommend drinks and food items

Promote daily specials and highlight seasonal creations using suggestive selling techniques

Operate the POS system for accurate order entry and payment processing

Manage bar inventory and communicate supply needs in a timely manner

Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and legal standards, including age verification

Follow opening, service, and closing checklists with consistency and accountability

Handle guest feedback and complaints calmly and professionally, involving a manager when needed

Anticipate guest needs and respond swiftly to requests during service

Collaborate with floor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication

Participate in team briefings and ongoing training to stay informed and inspired

Embody the values of the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group and represent the new project with enthusiasm and professionalism

Required Qualifications and Competencies





Proven experience as a bartender in high-end hospitality venues

Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, and bar operations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Quick, organized, and detail-oriented, even under pressure

Confident and positive guest-facing demeanor

Strong POS handling and basic cash reconciliation experience

Ability to follow recipes and SOPs with precision

Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages such as Spanish or German are a plus

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Shared tips & service charge
