Your mission

As a Business Controller, you will support business decision-making through financial and cost analysis, providing clear and reliable information on the company’s profitability and performance.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

- Prepare and analyse financial and operational reports for management.

- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecasts and previous periods.

- Develop dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making.

- Prepare cost models, pricing models and business cases for contracts and tenders.

- Analyse margins,



profitability and financial scenarios for commercial proposals.

- Review and optimise the cost structure, cost centres and cost allocation methodologies.

- Support the budgeting, forecasting and expenditure monitoring processes.

- Work closely with Commercial, Operations, Maintenance and Finance teams to identify risks, opportunities and profitability improvements.

What are we looking for?

-

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Controller, Financial Controller or Cost Controller. Experience in pricing, tenders or business cases is a plus.

- Knowledge of management reporting, cost accounting, budgeting and profitability analysis.

- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of ERP and Business Intelligence tools is a plus.

- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is essential. Italian is a plus. xqbhyrx

- Analytical, proactive, self-driven and business-oriented profile, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear and practical recommendations.
