AI Builder – Emerging Talent, Hebrew Market. This role is part of the first‑of‑its‑kind AI Builder New Grad cohort at Salesforce, where early‑career professionals are embedded with customer‑facing teams to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions for Fortune500 companies. You will build real‑time AI agents that take action in production environments, driving strategic impact across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies, using the AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Design agent intelligence—including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and architecture—to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional builder pods to architect, build, debug, and deploy high‑quality, scalable production systems in JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions, using consultative skills to ensure technology meets real‑world needs.
- Iterate and deploy continuous improvements: test, break, fix, ship and repeat, owning work from day one.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.




- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI‑native work.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real‑time infrastructure.
- Ability to engage with sales teams and customers, writing high‑quality code and evaluating AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
- Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, working directly with customers to see code deployed in their environments.
- Strong problem‑solving instincts, relentless initiative, and a get‑things‑done mentality.
