In this CloudOps Engineer role, you’ll ensure the SaaS platform remains reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient across multiple AWS accounts. You work closely with cross-functional teams to operate CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud resources, MongoDB/RDS Aurora, and observability tooling. You’ll help drive incident response, automation, and cost-optimization that support secure healthcare-focused workloads. This position offers hands-on ownership of operations in a mission-driven tech environment that values collaboration and continuous learning. You will be a key enabler of a robust, compliant platform that scales with the business.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Maintain day-to-day AWS operations (EC2, RDS, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC) and perform lifecycle tasks like patching, scaling, and backups
• Operate and improve CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and support deployments for engineering teams




• Monitor cloud usage and drive cost-optimization initiatives with visibility into spend and savings opportunities
• Operate and monitor MongoDB and RDS Aurora clusters, including performance, backups, and scaling
• Configure and maintain observability with Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry; contribute to runbooks and dashboards
• Adhere to IAM security practices, perform patching and logging tasks, and support audit readiness with security engineers
Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in CloudOps, DevOps, or SRE roles
• Strong AWS xqbhyrx experience (EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, CloudWatch)
• Hands-on with MongoDB / RDS Aurora in production
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Scripting ability (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Good communication and teamwork; operational mindset; detail-oriented and collaborative
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn for senior roles
