Your work will matter!•
**The Role:
**•Over a 3-year program, you’ll get to work across our operations in three 12-month rotations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Quality.
Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and skills across food manufacturing, project engineering, continuous improvement and people leadership.•You will experience a variety of roles across at least two of our plants in Spain(in the first year, the role will be based in Viana)

**Candidate Requirements:
****1.Educational Background:
** Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering,



or equivalent technical/engineering training.
Computer/office software skills.
**2.Languages:
** English: Intermediate-high level (B2 minimum).
Necessary for communication with international teams, reading technical documentation, and participation in corporate projects.
**3.Technical Knowledge:
** Continuous improvement tools: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt certification valued), 5S, Kaizen, SMED, PDCA.
Knowledge of quality management and food safety systems (HACCP).
Knowledge of industrial automation and process control.
**4.Professional Experience:
** 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
