In this role you own the end-to-end product vision for Customer Due Diligence across four streams, shaping automated data collection, AI-powered operations, risk-based EDD, and ongoing identity lifecycle. You work at the intersection of applied AI, financial crime regulations, and UX to keep N26 compliant across Europe while minimizing customer friction. You’ll lead discovery, define roadmaps, and collaborate with operations, MLROs, and cross-functional teams to deliver auditable, scalable capabilities. The role offers autonomy, impact on regulatory outcomes, and opportunities to mentor a growing PM/Leadership team.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own a defined capability area (e.g., Customer Identity Lifecycle) including roadmap, delivery, and outcomes.
• Lead evidence-based discovery from regulatory requirements, data, and operations to define problem statements.
• Understand evolving regulatory landscapes (e.g., AMLA) and build compliant roadmaps.
• Instrument area metrics and counter-metrics to support prioritisation and defend decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, MLROs, and other product teams to ensure solutions address real problems.




• Design for a regulated bank with auditability and client protection from the outset, and close audit findings on time.

• Ship capabilities that balance regulatory compliance with minimal customer friction.
Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in product management
• 2+ years in a product leadership role with end-to-end ownership of a shipped product or major capability
• Proven track record coaching and mentoring PMs u0026 Business Managers
• Deep experience in regulated fintech or banking environments (KYC, AML, EDD, identity lifecycle)
• Experience delivering in-house automation or applied AI/ML workflows
• Ability to partner with MLROs, Compliance, Legal, and auditors
• Strong data fluency and ability to defend metric-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for executive audiences
