In this role you will lead an industrial workshop team on a stable Valdepeñas project, ensuring efficient planning, task execution, and quality service. You will collaborate with upper management and key clients to drive improvements and maintain safety and regulatory compliance. This on-site, full-time position suits a seasoned professional who shapes team performance and project outcomes in a multinational tech environment.

• Plan and assign tasks based on deadlines and resources

Responsabilidades
• Advanced Vocational Training in electronic maintenance, telecommunications, mechanics, or a related field
• ≥12 years of technical workshop experience
• ≥2 years in organizational and xqbhyrx team support roles
• Knowledge of SAP
• English: intermediate
• On-site work availability
