In this role you will design, build, and govern production-grade AI solutions within a cross-functional pod, delivering agentic AI, RAG apps, and orchestration patterns that solve scientific, service, and operational problems. You will work closely with scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate workflows into reliable, observable, and reusable AI components that create measurable business value. This opportunity emphasizes scalable, governance-first AI solutions that integrate into Agilent’s broader AI ecosystem and platform.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define architecture and build approach for the pod's use case, selecting agents, RAG, retrieval, and orchestration patterns
• Build reusable AI skills and integrations using shared platform services with governance and identity controls
• Embed evaluation, testing, and observability into delivery, establish benchmark sets, and set up regression testing and production monitoring
• Implement AI solutions with security, compliance,



and governance controls, including human-in-the-loop for regulated use cases
• Contribute reusable skills, orchestration patterns, and evaluation assets back to the broader AI platform with clear documentation
• Collaborate with domain SMEs and practitioners to sustain AI solutions and feed improvements to platform capabilities
Responsabilidades
• Full-stack engineering strength with production LLm experience
• Experience building agents, RAG solutions, evaluation xqbhyrx frameworks, observability, and deployment processes
• Familiarity with MCP or equivalent tool-use protocols and ability to design composable systems
• Willingnessto operate in regulated environments and understand audit trails as a feature
• Strong communication, influence, and ability to work with scientists and operators
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Data Science or related field or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant experience
