In this role you shape enterprise AI architecture for Fabric agents, runtimes, and model gateways, aligning with vendor-neutral orchestration standards. You lead cross-functional teams to implement scalable, compliant AI harness solutions and governance across applications, cloud, data, and security. You drive secure identity, audit trails, and risk-informed evaluation while enabling safe, sandbox-to-production promotion. You’ll influence technology strategy and partner with IT, Security, and risk functions to deliver measurable impact.

• Lead agent identity, entitlement, and audit trail implementations with IT and Security




• Ensure GxP commit-point patterns and traceability for audits
• Manage AI Harness Engineers deployed in pods and oversee architecture strategies
• Drive enterprise-wide technology architecture realization, cost-benefit and risk analyses
• Evaluate emerging technologies and guide scalable, cost-effective decisions
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent
• 10+ years leading people, projects, or programs
• Hands-on experience xqbhyrx building production agent systems or LLM orchestration at enterprise scale
• Deep familiarity with MCP, A2A, and interoperability landscape
• Strong identity and security instincts; enterprise IdP and entitlement systems integration
• Experience in regulated environments (Part 11) and auditability
• Curiosity about AI—its capabilities, limitations, and failure modes
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities
