We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a technology team working on digital solutions for the utilities sector. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and scalability of software solutions, combining functional testing, test automation, API and UI testing, and CI/CD integration within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

-

- Define and execute functional and technical test strategies, scenarios, and test plans .

- Design, maintain, and execute automated tests for APIs and user interfaces .

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript .

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support Continuous Testing and secure deployments.

- Manage test plans, test execution, defect tracking, and test coverage using Azure DevOps .

- Analyse test results and collaborate with Development, DevOps, Platform, Architecture, and Product teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

- Contribute to test environment and test data management.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Refinement, and PI Planning .

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation practices, quality metrics, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

-

- 4+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with strong hands‑on experience in test automation.





- Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript .

- Experience with API testing, REST APIs, and microservices .

- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines .

- Good understanding of asynchronous architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ .

- Experience working in Agile software development environments .

- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or K6 is a plus.

- ISTQB certification is a plus.

- Professional English (C1) is mandatory.
