In this role you will govern pricing processes and systems (CPQ and SAP) across the sales organization, acting as the voice of Pricing for core platforms. You will drive standardization, governance, and end-to-end flow improvements with cross-functional teams. The position offers opportunities to lead tool enhancements, analytics, and AI use cases that shape sustainable pricing practices. This is a hybrid, globally distributed role with 25% travel. You will influence stakeholders and drive change in a matrix environment, delivering measurable impact on pricing efficiency and governance.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Translate pricing policy into CPQ logic, approval flows, and system rules
• Own pricing-related approval matrix and governance
• Drive pricing tool enhancements and innovation, including advanced analytics and AI use cases




• Partner with CPRO and IT on end-to-end approval processes for flow and project sales
• Drive standardization across CSOs on pricing processes and support change management across the organization
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Pricing or IT
• Strong SAP and CPQ technical expertise
• Solid analytical skills
• Experience working with agile xqbhyrx IT teams (SCRUM)
• Proven leadership and ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority
