As Brand Manager III IBIT, you will lead multi-market publishing for VALORANT in the EMEA region, translating global vision into local, culturally resonant campaigns. You will align product direction, marketing strategy, and esports delivery to deepen player engagement and business impact. You’ll own regional publishing strategies, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage sizable budgets to deliver authentic player experiences. This role offers influence over product decisions and GTM plans across markets, with a strong emphasis on player empathy and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in publishing, marketing, or product management (games/tech preferred)
• Proven experience leading high-impact multi-market campaigns from planning to execution
• Ability to influence product direction xqbhyrx with market insights and player advocacy
• Strong leadership with cross-functional and distributed team management
• Deep understanding of FPS gaming culture and VALORANT community
• Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English
• Strong budget ownership with ROI-focused track record across markets
